A resident of Hilton Head Island for 41 years, AMOS HUMMELL’S work as an outsider artist has literally covered several mediums and three prismatic decades.
From dumpster diving for fun and profit to building ads at the Island Packet newspaper to painting resort signage to building a street theatre out of art, he has literally painted the stars.
Quantum paradigm shifts have rattled the globe since 2019, and more than ever Hummell sees the value of sharing what he has learned for others to have fun with.
To quote Dale Carnegie, “Self expression is the dominant necessity of human nature.”
